We hand off a documented system your team can manage. If something breaks after go-live, we fix it. That is included in the engagement scope.
The most common cause is a misconfigured feed. Either the feed-level conditional logic is set to a condition that never evaluates true, the OAuth token expired without triggering a visible error, or a field was renamed and the field map is now pointing at nothing. Check the feed settings before you touch the form. The form itself is usually fine.
Yes. We use the Webhooks Add-On to send a custom REST API payload to any endpoint. We build the payload structure to match what your receiving tool expects, test the trigger, and set up a fallback log so you know if a submission does not get through.
Yes. Most engagements cover multiple connections. We scope everything upfront, build to spec, and test each feed trigger before handoff so nothing is left partially connected.
Yes, including network-activated Gravity Forms licences, per-site add-on configurations, and cross-site entry routing. Multisite adds complexity to feed authentication and notification routing, and we account for that in the scope.
